Erik is happy to take on assignments related to legal consultation, method development for a legal unit, and the digitalization of an organization.
Erik will arrange workshops, on various themes, for boards, management teams, general counsel, and legal entities. Major events and conferences relevant to the Chairmans of the Board, Board Members, and General Counsels, will be launched. Some of these activities will be done together with partners.
Erik is also open to board assignments.
About me
Erik Domines is an experienced in-house lawyer specialising in general business law, ethics and corporate governance of listed companies. He is also knowledgeable in legal operations and digitalization of organizations. Erik has worked most of his legal career in an international context with expansion, acquisitions, mainly in the industry sector.
He is also involved in various training and skills development initiatives. Erik is the author and co-director of a course at an advanced level on ethics for lawyers at the Faculty of Law at Stockholm University. He has also held two classes at the Stockholm School for Entrepreneurship (within the Stockholm School of Economics).
He has also led workshops for various functions at several companies.
Erik was also responsible for training in the Swedish Association of In-house Lawyers. He was a driving force and initiator of the business newspaper Dagens industri’s annual conference General Counsels. Erik has also designed a successful course for the Secretary of the Board.
Erik is also a board member and secretary of the board at a foundation.
